Today’s lunch:
Usually when I eat a tuna sandwich, I mix it with a little bit of Miracle Whip and a lot of lemon pepper, then make the sandwich with whole wheat toast and a shitload of spinach. (I’m really excited right now because shitload isn’t coming up as incorrect spelling. Nerd alert.) Sadly, I used the rest of our spinach for a salad last night, which I forgot until I was in the sandwich making process. I didn’t want my sandwich to be boring, so I mixed in some homemade salsa with my tuna and BAM! New favorite thing ever. Also some carrots and pineapple. Lunch win!
